I began Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki to help increase equity in wellness and healing spaces.
These spaces have a history of decentering or erasing the experiences and knowledge of practitioners and students who do not fit a particular ideal and inhibit the diversity of individuals seeking to learn and resource services and offerings.
Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki is committed to being a dynamic and collaborative space to create loving communities everywhere and anywhere we find ourselves.

Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki
My Journey
I could not afford to practice yoga or access other healing modalities for most of my life. Once I could afford to do so, I didn't always see myself represented in well-intentioned spaces.
In 2020, life began to shift for me and so many others in the world due to the pandemic. I recognized it was time to reevaluate and renew my purpose, so I completed the 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training and began my Reiki journey. In 2022, I became a Karuna Reiki Master and Animal Reiki Master. I have received training in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Radiant Child Yoga and recently completed the University of Vermont's Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula Professional Certificate program. I also work in higher education as an administrator.
For those who are interested, I hope this space and offerings connect with you and support your journey. So, let's get started and work together to serve one another, follow our individual and collective guidance, and engage in this beautiful work as a community!

Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki's mission is to provide financially accessible, equitable, and high-quality training in Reiki. Veronica believes in the power of Reiki to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. She strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for learning, growth and transformation.
Trainings are priced at a sliding scale, to support access to Reiki classes regardless of income level.

Those who take this class will be able to use the Karuna symbols in their Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®.
Holy Fire® Reiki III Classes
Holy Fire® Reiki is a type of Reiki energy and system of Reiki healing. Holy Fire® is powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. William Rand first experienced Holy Fire® Reiki energy in 2014 and followed the guidance received to share this energy with his Reiki Master class a few days later. William recently experienced a new expression of Reiki energy in 2022, known as World Peace Reiki, in response to worldwide conflicts, such as in Ukraine. Students who register for training with me will receive the Placement for Holy Fire® III Reiki and Ignition for World Peace Reiki.
Animal Reiki energy is its own energy. The placement will unify the Animal Reiki energy with your existing Reiki energy and symbols. It is a beautiful way to connect with animals and nature and provides a deeper relationship and connection to the Earth.
Classes will utilize a sliding scale to ensure access for those interested.
Commitment to Reiki Students of Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki
Classes adhere to the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) standards and use official ICRT manuals and curriculum
Additional texts and resources are integrated into each Reiki training to support the development and growth of practitioners
Weekly online self-practice and monthly Reiki healing experiences
Opportunity to practice skills through shares, clinics, and *co-teaching
*Co-teaching opportunities are available to students who go through Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki's master-level classes and are available on a first come basis.
Monthly virtual "office hours" to ask questions, share, and learn
Private online platform with resources and videos for students who receive training through Tres Ositos Yoga and Reiki
Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II
Reiki I and II classes are taught together, and participants receive both Placements. Classes are a combination of lectures, discussions, and experiences.
Some of the information, topics and techniques participants will learn for both levels include:
History of Reiki with a special focus on women in Reiki
The standard Reiki session hand positions
Give a complete Reiki session for yourself and others
Learn Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Usui Sensei
Discuss using Reiki for specific situations
Learn and practice the Reiki II symbols and how to use them
Distance healing

Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master
The Master level class is taught over three consecutive days with lectures, discussions, practices, and experiences. This class also includes the World Peace Reiki energy, which has all the qualities of the Holy Fire® III energy, and creates feelings of peace within each student. Placements and Ignitions provide the same benefit as attunements.
To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I and II in any lineage and practiced Reiki II for at least six months. A student must be able to draw the three symbols from Reiki II from memory. A legible photo or PDF copy of your Reiki II certificate is required to confirm eligibility.

Receive Placement and learn how to use the Usui Master symbol to increase the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols
Receive the Usui/Holy Fire III Master Placement and learn how to increase the strength of your Reiki energy and empower the Usui Master symbol
Receive the complete set of four Ignitions, including the World Peace Ignition
Practice using the Usui Master symbol for treatments
Learn an effective spirit release technique
Practice time to administer, receive Reiki, and exchange feedback with fellow students using Holy Fire® and other symbols during sessions
Learn the Holy Fire® Healing Experience
Learn how to conduct all Holy Fire® Experiences, Placements, and Ignitions in-person and online for Reiki events and classes
Learn how to give yourself Experiences, Placements, and Ignitions

Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki® Master
This class is the next step for Reiki Masters, and taught over three consecutive days with lectures, discussions, practices, and experiences. Those who take this class will be able to use the Karuna symbols in their Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®. You will also be able to teach Reiki I and II and Reiki Master as Holy Fire® III classes. Karuna Reiki® is complete with eight practitioner symbols, one Master symbol, four Ignitions, including the World Peace Ignition, and two meditations guided directly by the Holy Fire® consciousness.
To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken a Master Class in any lineage and practiced for at least six months. Also, a student must be able to draw the three symbols from Reiki II from memory. A legible photo or PDF copy of your Master certificate is required to confirm eligibility.

ICRT Animal Reiki Levels I and II
This course includes practitioner skills, tools, and techniques to share Reiki with the animals. This class includes lectures, discussions, and practice. Animal Reiki I and II are taught together over two days and includes two Animal Reiki Placements. Upon completion, you can offer Animal Reiki treatments to all species of animals.
The Animal Reiki energy received in this course is a unique Reiki energy for the animals. The Placements given in the ICRT Animal Reiki I and II class will unify the Animal Reiki symbol with the student’s existing Reiki energy and symbols.

ICRT Animal Reiki Master
The ICRT Animal Reiki Master class is three days. To qualify, a student must have taken Reiki I and II and Reiki Master for humans and the ICRT Animal Reiki I and II class. This Master class provides the Animal Reiki symbol and energy and the tools and techniques needed to practice, share Reiki with animals, and teach ICRT Animal Reiki with skill and expertise. When you complete the class, you will be able to teach in-person and online ICRT Animal Reiki I and II and the Masterclass.
The Animal Reiki energy received in this course is a unique Reiki energy. Animal Reiki energy empowers both animal and human vitality and life force and restores the blessings between the animals and people. Animal Reiki energy and this Master class are as deeply healing for humans as for animals.
In this three-day course, you will:
